As a carsharing service, we are really good at sharing! We share both the joys and responsibilities of on-demand car access. One of those important responsibilities is reporting issues as they arise.
Now, our team has made it easier to report a wider variety of issues in the app. We’ve organized them into three categories to make it easy to find the right subject for your report.
How does it work?
First, you select one of three options.
- Cannot access vehicle
- Issue with the vehicle (fuel, damage, cleanliness, accessory, etc)
- Billing issue

Next, you pick from a shorter list of more specific issues that relate to the original selection.

You can still add relevant pictures and comments to best describe your specific issue.
This change means you can take things step by step without being overwhelmed by options. It also allows us to better prioritize messages and make sure they are assigned to the right team, so we can help you sooner!
Urgent issue?
You should call us right away to report a serious problem with the vehicle. For something less urgent, feel free to let us know in the Communauto app or on the website.
